Taking a Screen Shot of Error Messages
Here's a Windows 10 Tip that can make it easier to explain a computer problem when you're getting help.
If an error message or some other problem appears on your computer screen, try this.
Press the Windows Key + PRINT SCRN key at the same time.
This will create an exact image of your computer screen, and will save that image under the Screenshots sub-folder in Pictures. .
Then, when you are getting help from somebody and try to explain what was on the screen, you can display the screen image so your helper can see exactly what you encountered on the computer.
